Climatech - insulpin

Clim welding pins (SP) give a quick, firm and strong fixture for insulation on metallic surfaces such as air ducts. Clim pinwelder (PW-33) has been specially developed to provide a high quality weld in a very short time. It is a portable, easy to use and handle, safe and secure machine which has proved its reliability in workshops and on site all over the world. It is supplied in a strong steel carrying case.

The welding pins consist of a special galvanised steel nail with a diamond point and a round head. The PW-33 pinwelder uses the resistance welding technique. Its built-in timer allows optimum welding adjustments according to the thickness of the steel surface. This avoids undesirable overheating of the welder.

Standard Clim fastening clips (CL-1) made of galvanised spring steel are used with the pins and ensure a perfect fixture ot the insulation. Clim nylon safety point covers (NSC-2) can be used to cover pin points for site safety and security.
