Clim weldfasteners (FDF) allow the fixing of insulation material on sheet metal such as airducts in a single operation. The Clim welding machine (FDD) ensures a strong weld on sheet metal up to a thickness of several centimetres. This system is recommended for use in workshops.

The weldfasteners FDF consist of a zinc plated steel pin firmly mounted on a galvanised steel washer. The FDD welding machine uses the resistance welding technique. The system transforms the current in low tension and high intensity which gives a perfect weld. There could be a slight mark on the reverse of the sheet but the weld will be of prime quality.
